Delivery Details

How much does it cost?

As standard we include free delivery to most parts of the UK mainland, addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Delivery types available;

  • Standard delivery (FREE)
  • Next working day, before 9am (£25.00)
  • Next working day, before 10am (£20.00)
  • Next working day, before 12pm (£15.00)
  • Saturday delivery (£35.00)

How long does it take?

Items ordered before 12.00pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30 pm (assuming that the item is in stock). The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal.

Orders taken on Friday after 12.00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 12.00 pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

However, Fun and Games 4U relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

Who do we use?

Orders addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent normally by APC Direct Logistics, for really large items we may use a dedicated pallet network and for small items we use Royal Mail "signed for". You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.

If a parcel or pallet cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left, you must then call APC to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. If after a second attempt to deliver your goods has failed you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Fun and Games 4U. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Fun and Games 4U.

How to Track your parcel

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, you can email us stating your name, email address and order number from your invoice to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , we will then email you back with your delivery details. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. We may need to give the delivery company your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
